Music Uniforms
Churchlands Music students perform at school, nationally, and internationally. Presentation is crucial, and students must dress appropriately as school representatives.
Students must wear the appropriate performance uniform. Non-compliance with uniform guidelines may lead to exclusion from performances.
Concert uniforms are purchased through the Churchlands SHS Uniform Shop. A small stock of second-hand uniforms is available in limited sizes. Please contact the Uniform Shop to arrange a fitting.
Uniforms, Dress, and Personal Appearance
When in Concert Uniform, students must tie their hair back and off their shoulders with black or teal ribbons or hair elastics. Proper dress and neat grooming are essential on stage. Jewellery guidelines follow the school dress code: only sleepers or studs for earrings, and no necklaces or bangles. Students must ensure their black concert shoes are clean and wear a black belt (if in trousers) and black socks or black stockings. Each ensemble member must maintain a high standard of dress and presentation.
